About LT3 Incorporated

LT3 Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Stafford, Virginia (EIN: 39-4240093), established to honor the life of Lauren by empowering youth, supporting families, and serving the community through scholarships, mentorship, food drives, and educational programs.

Use of the Site

Donations

Tax deductibility

LT3 Incorporated is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law. You will receive an emailed receipt for tax purposes at the time of donation. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your specific circumstances.

Payment processing

Donations are processed through Zeffy, a third-party payment platform. When you donate, you agree to Zeffy's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to ours. LT3 does not directly collect or store your payment card information.

Refunds

Donations are generally considered final. If you believe a donation was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount), contact us within 30 days and we will work with you and Zeffy to resolve the issue.

Recurring donations

If you set up a recurring monthly donation, you may cancel at any time through the confirmation email you received or by contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect for future billing cycles; past donations are not refunded.

Dedications

Donations may be made in honor or memory of a loved one. LT3 will make reasonable efforts to notify a designated recipient of the tribute, if requested, but does not disclose the donation amount unless you specifically authorize it.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of LT3 Incorporated or its content providers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. The LT3 name, logo, and tagline are trademarks of LT3 Incorporated. You may not use them without our written permission.
